Occupational Therapist (OT)

Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans focused on self-care, mobility, cognition, and daily function. Provide interventions for residents while educating families and caregivers on adaptive strategies and equipment. Work closely with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nursing staff, and physicians to support resident goals, and track progress to adjust treatment approaches. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation as part of the interdisciplinary team approach. This role offers a consistent caseload in a supportive rehabilitation environment with a strong emphasis on quality outcomes and professional growth.
