Occupational Therapist (OT)

Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents in short-term and long-term care settings. Provide treatment focused on activities of daily living, upper extremity function, balance, coordination, cognition, and safety awareness. Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to support resident independence while collaborating with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families to coordinate care.
