Occupational Therapist (OT)

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment goals for residents recovering from illness, surgery, injury, and functional decline. Deliver therapy focused on activities of daily living, upper extremity function, coordination, cognition, and adaptive techniques. Recommend and educate residents on adaptive equipment and environmental modifications while collaborating with rehab staff, nursing, physicians, and families to support care plans. Maintain accurate and compliant documentation. Work full-time with a stable schedule in a collaborative environment featuring PT, OT, SLP, and nursing support, serving both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
