Job Summary
Role Summary: PRN Occupational Therapist providing evaluation and treatment for mobility, cognition, strength, and activities of daily living in a post-acute rehab SNF setting. You will evaluate patients within 24–48 hours of orders, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, supervise OTAs, document care and billing accurately, participate in care planning and discharge processes, and provide caregiver and staff training while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care in accordance with AOTA standards. This role emphasizes flexible PRN opportunities, meaningful patient impact, and ongoing education within a clinician-focused culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- Active Occupational Therapist license (state-specific)
