Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) in Post-Acute Rehab (SNF) providing evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and skilled OT services to maximize independence and function. Responsibilities include addressing ADLs, mobility, safety awareness, and adaptive equipment needs; collaborating with physicians, care teams, residents, and families; maintaining accurate documentation, billing, and discharge planning; educating patients, caregivers, and staff to support positive outcomes. Qualifications require adegree from an accredited OT program and an active state OT license; new graduates are welcome to apply. Required Qualifications
