Job Summary
The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients for mobility, cognition, function, and activities of daily living per AOTA scope and licensure; develops treatment plans, supervises the Occupational Therapy Assistant, communicates progress with physicians and families, participates in Plan of Care and Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, maintains thorough documentation, conducts in-services for staff, participates in discharge planning, and contributes to ongoing professional development within Concept Rehab's rehabilitative care model. Responsibilities include initiating treatment within 24-48 hours of orders, ensuring productivity standards, providing family/nursing staff instruction on maintenance programs, and serving as a clinical supervisor for area OT programs. Required credentials include a state license and a Doctorate/Masters/Bachelors in Occupational Therapy, with demonstrated professional competencies and adherence to CRI values.
Required Qualifications
- B.S., Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
- Licensed in the state(s) where services are being provided as an Occupational Therapist.
