Job Summary
Conduct occupational therapy services to patients in the home setting, evaluating functional abilities and developing individualized treatment plans. Assist clients with improving daily living skills, safety, mobility, and independence while educating caregivers on adaptive techniques and exercises. Monitor patient progress, communicate changes to the care team, and complete accurate documentation per regulatory requirements. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other therapists to support quality outcomes. Requires an active Florida OT license, home health experience preferred, and reliable transportation. Immediate PRN visits available in North Port and Port Charlotte at $70 per visit.
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license in the State of Florida
