Occupational Therapist (OT) - Per-Diem

Provide home-based occupational therapy services to patients needing to develop, recover, and maintain occupational skills. Work one-on-one with individuals of all ages to help them establish daily functions such as dressing, cooking, and eating while incorporating physical exercises to increase strength and dexterity. Assess patients' homes for hazards, recommend safety adaptations, and instruct families on effective caregiving methods. Design or fabricate special equipment for home or work use, evaluate patient progress, and prepare detailed reports. Requires a current OT license, one year of experience, and the ability to perform assigned duties in the assignment setting.
