Occupational Therapist (OT) - Per-Diem

Provide home-based occupational therapy services to patients needing to develop, recover, and maintain occupational skills. Work one-on-one with individuals of all ages to help them establish daily functions, focusing on activities like dressing, cooking, and eating. Assess patients' homes for hazards, recommend safety adaptations, and instruct those with permanent disabilities on adaptive equipment use. Design or fabricate special equipment as needed, while evaluating patient progress and preparing detailed reports. Assist families and caregivers in safe care methods. Requires a current OT license, one year of experience, and the ability to perform other assigned duties.
