Provide in-home occupational therapy services in the Cambridge/Revere/Westwood area, including comprehensive patient assessments, development of individualized treatment plans, training in daily activities and adaptive equipment, supervision of OT assistants and home health aides, discharge planning coordination, and education for families/caregivers; requires an OT degree from an accredited program and current licensure/credentialing with BLS CPR, plus a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
