Job Summary
Provide in-house occupational therapy services to skilled nursing residents, evaluating residents and developing individualized treatment plans with input from residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team; deliver therapy focused on restoring function, independence, and quality of life; conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention; supervise and collaborate with COTA staff; initiate referrals per department procedures; document clearly to support quality outcomes; bachelor's, master's, or doctorate in OT with successful completion of the NBCOT; current license or license-eligible; mentorship available for new graduates; flexible scheduling; growth opportunities within a 12-facility network.
