Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy services to residents, conduct screenings at regular intervals to determine intervention needs, evaluate residents to obtain data for treatment planning, coordinate treatment plans with residents, families, and other team members, and implement treatments as outlined. Requires a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy, successful NBCOT certification, and current state licensure or licensure eligible. Part-time role based in Tallmadge, OH, with benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Successful completion of National Certification Examination for OTR (NBCOT)
- Current state licensure or license eligible
