Occupational Therapist (OT) - Part Time

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans while collaborating with families and the interdisciplinary care team. Provide occupational therapy services focused on restoring function, independence, and quality of life through screenings and targeted interventions. Supervise and collaborate with COTA staff, initiate referrals per department procedures, and document clearly to support quality outcomes.
