Job Summary
Occupational Therapist evaluates residents, develops individualized treatment plans, and implements therapeutic interventions to improve independence, safety, and quality of life. Works closely with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes in post-acute and long-term care settings. Flexible scheduling options available (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN) with relocation to Porterville, CA. Must maintain licensure in California and meet continuing education requirements. Must have a valid driver’s license and CPR certification. Relocation to Porterville, CA required prior to starting in some cases.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of California (required)
- CPR certification (as required)
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
- Experience in post-acute or long-term care settings preferred
- Proficient in Casamba and PointClickCare preferred
