Job Summary
Occupational Therapist evaluates residents, develops and implements treatment plans, and secures physician approval for services. Conducts discharge planning, documentation, and billing per policy. Supervises Occupational Therapy Assistants and aides; collaborates with the center team to ensure quality patient care and progress. Delivers OT interventions, screens patients, and contributes to productive clinical operations. Requires VA OT licensure and adherence to state board guidelines. Full-time position at Parham Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Richmond, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in Virginia
- licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy in Virginia
