Occupational Therapist (OT) - Outpatient - Neuro (Part-Time)

Implement occupational therapy treatment plans by selecting activities to progress patients toward functional goals in activities of daily living, mobility, and cognitive tasks. Collaborate with physicians to establish, evaluate, and revise care plans while providing ongoing patient and family education, discharge instructions, and community resource referrals. Document all evaluations, treatment sessions, and required protocols in accordance with departmental guidelines and infection prevention precautions. Maintain confidentiality, adhere to ethical standards, and participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to ensure continuous improvement.
