Occupational Therapist (OT) - Outpatient - Neuro (Part-Time)

Implement occupational therapy treatment plans by selecting activities to progress patients toward functional goals in activities of daily living, mobility, and cognitive tasks. Collaborate with physicians to establish, evaluate, and revise plans of care while providing ongoing education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources. Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and family education materials according to departmental guidelines and protocols. Maintain confidentiality, adhere to infection prevention precautions, and participate in staff meetings and mandatory professional development activities. Complete all educational requirements to maintain licensure and comply with Wellstar Health System policies.
