Occupational Therapist OT - Outpatient Neuro

Conduct occupational therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, discharge planning, and documentation. Explain findings and incorporate patients and families into goal setting while consulting with healthcare professionals and documenting condition changes. Manage an accurate schedule, meet productivity expectations, and ensure timely, accurate billing for patient care activities. Provide orientation and mentoring to inexperienced staff, students, and volunteers. Pursue continuing education for professional growth and serve as a clinical instructor. Participate in program planning and protocol development to assist the team in meeting established goals.
