Conduct occupational therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, and discharge planning for neuro patients. Perform specific assessments, document results, and explain findings to patients and families while incorporating them into goal setting. Implement treatment protocols based on evaluation findings and consult with healthcare professionals as needed. Manage accurate schedules, meet productivity expectations, and provide frictionless patient access through flexibility and empathy. Complete appropriate discharge planning and follow-up care while accurately documenting and charging for patient activities. Serve as a clinical instructor to assign students and assist with orientation and mentoring of inexperienced staff.
