Occupational Therapist OT - Outpatient Neuro

Conduct occupational therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, discharge planning, and documentation. Explain findings and incorporate patient/family input into goal setting. Demonstrate proficiency in treatment protocols, consult with healthcare professionals, and recognize condition changes requiring plan modifications. Manage accurate schedules, meet productivity expectations, and provide frictionless patient access through flexibility and empathy. Pursue continuing education and serve as a clinical instructor. Assist with orientation and mentoring of staff, students, volunteers, and technicians.
