Occupational Therapist (OT), Outpatient

Assess patients' ability to perform occupational skills and design appropriate plans of care including treatment type and frequency. Implement treatment plans using appropriate modalities while documenting subjective and objective findings to monitor progress and modify care as needed. Educate patients and caregivers regarding deficits and assist with discharge planning, adaptive equipment selection, and support programs. Supervise and delegate care provided by certified occupational therapy assistants and technicians according to state regulations and practice standards. Requires Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy, current state licensure, and Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire. Full-time position at McLeod Health Cheraw.
