Job Summary
Provide skilled OT-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Requires graduation from an accredited OT program and an active Florida OT license (or license-eligible); SNF or post-acute experience preferred; Net Health knowledge preferred. This is a full-time OT role in Port Charlotte, FL with competitive pay ($45–$58/hr), a $7,500 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and professional development support.
