Job Summary
Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans. Select activities to support residents' independence in daily tasks. Observe, assess, and document progress by preparing detailed reports while monitoring confidential information. Maintain cooperative relationships with the healthcare team. This role supports patients in regaining independence at Sigma Health Rehab's Ontario Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Canandaigua, New York.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Current New York State OT License
- Currently licensed in New York
- Graduate from an approved Occupational Therapy program
- Actively working toward obtaining licensure
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric care setting
