Job Summary
Provide evidence-based assessment and intervention for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home settings using standardized tools and SMART goals. Design treatment plans based on best practice guidelines while actively engaging clients, families, and caregivers to address client-centered objectives. Evaluate intervention effectiveness and client progress toward goal attainment through ongoing coaching and clinical expertise. Work one-on-one with families in Toronto and surrounding areas, delivering services primarily after school and on weekends as an independent contractor. Valid driver's license, current Ontario registration, and professional liability insurance are required.
Required Qualifications
- After school and weekend availability
- Experience with children and teens diagnosed with Autism
- Proof of current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Proof of professional liability
- Valid driver's license
- ADP authorizer status
- Must provide an up-to-date Vulnerable Sector Screen
- Professional Liability Insurance
