Occupational Therapist - OT

Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with physician direction. Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to treat medically complex patients with stroke, brain injury, SCI, and limb loss. Design functional treatment programs to facilitate effective return to community activities and serve as an educator for patients, families, and coworkers. Cross-train to cover the Day Neuro center while maintaining a minimum requirement of two days per month and working high-need days. PRN rate is $60/hour with Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm availability. Current state licensure and BLS certification are required, with acute or inpatient neuro experience preferred.
