Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop personalized activity plans to facilitate residents' timely return to meaningful activities. Collaborate closely with clinical caregivers within the integrated care model to ensure full recovery and support person-directed care initiatives. Provide skilled rehabilitation services to residents in nursing homes and individuals on an outpatient basis. Requires a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy, current NBCOT certification, and a valid state license. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree
- Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines
- Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered
