Job Summary
The Occupational Therapist (OT) at NHC HomeCare Lewisburg supervises and participates in the implementation of occupational therapeutic techniques for rehabilitating patients with physical disabilities, injuries, or diseases. Responsibilities include coordinating Occupational Therapy services, providing treatments as ordered by physicians, delegating tasks to Occupational Therapy Assistants, and evaluating and planning patient care with both short-term and long-term goals. Ideal candidates will have a relevant accredited education and be state registered.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited course in occupational therapy certified by the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Registered under the statutes of the state in which the occupational therapist will be practicing

- Active member of the State and National Occupational Therapy Associations preferred
