Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) for mobile in-home outpatient care focusing on older adults. Provide outpatient rehabilitation in patients' homes or in independent living facilities, developing and implementing OT treatment plans, supervising OT assistants and students, coordinating with the rehab team, and adapting plans to patient needs. Requires ACOTE-accredited bachelor’s degree, NBCOT registration, active OT license, and a valid driver’s license. Includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, visa sponsorship/relocation support, and a full-time, in-home care focus in the Tallahassee, FL area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy accredited by ACOTE
- Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Valid occupational therapy license in the practice state
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
