Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) provides outpatient rehabilitation services in-home for older adults, evaluating and treating in the patient’s residence or in a patient’s room in independent living facilities. Responsibilities include supervising OT assistants and students, coordinating with the rehabilitation team, adapting plans of care, selecting therapeutic activities, designing and implementing treatment goals, and completing related documentation. The role requires ACOTE-accredited OT education, NBOT registration, state licensure, and a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
