Occupational Therapist (OT)

Measure and record residents' function, ADLs, self-care, and functional mobility. Observe residents to write evaluations, progress reports, discharges, and all necessary documentation. Assist residents in carrying out specific exercises and treat them with various techniques. Help residents use necessary equipment and devices while educating them on proper exercise to strengthen muscles and improve function. Maintain residents' confidence by keeping information confidential and comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements. Contribute to the entire team's effort and goals.
