Occupational Therapist (OT)

Evaluate residents' functional abilities, strength, mobility, and activities of daily living to develop individualized treatment plans maximizing independence. Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for orthopedic, neurological, and medically complex conditions while recommending adaptive equipment and educating families on safe techniques. Monitor resident progress, adjust treatment plans as appropriate, and collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nursing staff, and physicians. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
