Job Summary
Seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide evaluation and treatment services in a Long-Term Care setting. The role involves reviewing medical records, evaluating patient abilities and needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing ADL training along with adaptive equipment. The OT will document progress per Medicare guidelines, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, supervise COTAs as assigned, and support patient satisfaction and quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- current state OT license

- LTC experience preferred
- strong knowledge of Medicare documentation
- excellent communication skills
