Job Summary
Seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide evaluation and treatment services in a Long-Term Care setting, focusing on helping patients regain independence and improve daily functioning. Responsibilities include reviewing medical records, evaluating patient abilities and needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing ADL training, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications, documenting progress per Medicare guidelines, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supervising COTAs as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
- current state OT license
Desired Qualifications
- LTC experience preferred
- strong knowledge of Medicare documentation
- excellent communication skills
- excellent organizational skills
