Occupational Therapist, (OT)

Assume responsibility for patient care under Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants, rehabilitation technicians, and OT students, including orienting staff and supervising in their absence. Assess patient needs, initiate interventions, and evaluate treatment progress against short- and long-term goals while performing accurate QI scoring. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain professional standards and recommend physician contact for pain management or intervention changes.
