Job Summary
Develop specialized treatment plans to help patients regain well-being through exercise and prosthetic or orthotic devices. Communicate patient progress to supervisors and instruct families or nursing staff on follow-through programs. Document patient care according to regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements. Maintain equipment and work areas in safe, clean conditions while adhering to company codes of conduct and applicable state/federal laws. This role is part of St. Catherine Hospital Garden City, a trusted leader in person-centered health within Lifepoint Health's diversified network.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
