Job Summary
Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans for recovering from post-intensive care and medically complex conditions. Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance daily living skills, document sessions and progress accurately, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on care planning. Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This full-time role at Cornerstone Specialty Hospitals requires a current OT license, CPR certification, and strong documentation skills within an inpatient rehab setting.
