Occupational Therapist (OT)

Assess patients' ability to perform occupational skills and design appropriate plans of care with treatment frequency. Implement treatment plans using modalities while documenting findings and monitoring progress to modify care as needed. Educate patients and families regarding deficits, adaptive equipment, and support programs. Plan and assist with patient discharge, providing information on appropriate selection and use of resources. Supervise and delegate care provided by certified occupational therapy assistants and technicians according to established licensing laws and state regulations.
