Occupational Therapist (OT)

Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to promote daily activity performance and functional independence. Provide therapeutic interventions enhancing daily living skills, document sessions and progress accurately, and collaborate with healthcare professionals and families on care planning. Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Requires current occupational therapy license, CPR certification, and strong interpersonal skills. Inpatient rehab experience preferred.
