Job Summary
Develop specialized treatment plans to help patients regain well-being through exercise and/or use of prosthetic and orthotic devices. Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors and instruct family or nursing staff in follow-through programs. Document patient care according to regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements while maintaining equipment and work areas in safe, clean conditions. Handle responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws. Full-time position at Kindred Hospital The Palm Beaches with a $15,000 commitment incentive bonus. Requires an accredited Occupational Therapy degree, current unrestricted license, and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
