Job Summary
Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans for those recovering from post-intensive care. Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance daily living skills while documenting sessions and progress accurately. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families on care planning, educating patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques. Maintain compliance with safety standards and perform other assigned duties. Requires current occupational therapy license, CPR certification, and inpatient rehab experience. Located in Broken Arrow, this role offers a $7500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including tuition assistance and 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
- Current license to practice occupational therapy
- CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong documentation skills
