Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) for per diem, school-based services to children in a public-school setting. Responsibilities include assessing, monitoring, and adjusting treatment plans using EMR, conducting OT sessions, providing school-based services, maintaining confidential records, and following state EI regulations. Requires NY licensure, Master’s degree, and driving as needed. Benefits include health/retirement, mentoring, CEU access, and flexible scheduling; compensation is biweekly with hourly pay of $35.00. Per diem role with local Hauppauge, NY assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of New York required
- Minimum of two years of experience working with children preferred
- A valid driver's license and proof of car insurance
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
