Job Summary
Evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals in the Enterprise, KS SNF setting. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and provide flexible scheduling for patient care. Maintain adherence to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct, state, and federal regulations while managing Medicare billing regulations. Prioritize exceptional patient care and the well-being of employees through a supportive, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active OT license in the state of practice
- Adherence to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct
- Adherence to state and federal regulations
