Job Summary
Evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals. Supervise COTAs in the SNF setting while managing flexible scheduling for patient care. Maintain ethical compliance with Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct, state, and federal regulations. Work with the geriatric population, applying knowledge of Medicare billing regulations to support client outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active OT license in the state of practice
- Adherence to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct
- Adherence to state and federal regulations
