Job Summary
Evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals. Supervise COTAs in the SNF setting while managing flexible scheduling for patient care. Maintain adherence to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct, state and federal regulations, and Medicare billing guidelines. Prioritize exceptional patient care and the well-being of employees within a supportive, collaborative environment. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active OT license in the state of practice
- Adherence to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct
- Adherence to state and federal regulations
