Occupational Therapist (OT) - Inpatient

Job Summary
Provide Occupational Therapy services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, including evaluation, treatment, and education to meet patient goals. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, communicate professionally with patients and families, and support hand therapy, upper-extremity splinting, wheelchair assessment, home safety evaluation, cognitive and neurological therapy, and oncology rehab as part of comprehensive rehabilitation. Demonstrate strong documentation, business writing, and time-management skills while delivering patient-centered care and promoting teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Current unencumbered Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
- Healthcare Provider BLS required
- If employee is providing home visits, must be able to pass Criminal Records Check per OAR 333-027-0064 upon hire and every three (3) years thereafter.
