Occupational Therapist (OT) - Inpatient

Provide safe and effective Occupational Therapy services by implementing evaluations, treatments, and education to meet patient functional goals. Communicate professionally with patients, families, caregivers, and multi-disciplinary team members while promoting collaboration. Manage therapy and counseling for conditions affecting self-care, mobility, and independence, including hand therapy, splinting, wheelchair assessments, cognitive therapy, and oncology rehab. Follow patients from initial evaluation through discharge, utilizing strong business writing skills for clinical documentation. Maintain constructive working relationships within the team while organizing tasks to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
