Job Summary
Document evaluation results, complete daily progress notes reflecting patient responses and status, and finalize discharge summaries with follow-up recommendations. Communicate effectively with patients, families, medical staff, and the care team while providing educational materials tailored to individual needs. Demonstrate essential skill competencies in treatment modalities, equipment, and protocols, performing re-evaluations to adjust treatment plans as needed. This PRN/inpatient rehab role requires at least two weekend days monthly, one major and one minor holiday, plus weekday availability.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT)
- Virginia license in Occupational Therapy upon start
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon start
