Occupational Therapist - OT - Inpatient

Evaluates, directs, plans, and provides Occupational Therapy treatment for patients of all ages with a wide variety of disabilities to help them achieve a maximum level of functional independence. Documents patient care and results of treatment in medical reports and adheres to department standards, guidelines, and discharge planning. Responsibilities include patient evaluations, developing and executing care plans, coordinating with health care team, supervising staff, providing education to patients and families, and ensuring safe, effective therapy within a clinical inpatient setting.
