Job Summary
Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients by evaluating mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals. Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs while educating patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care. Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards. Work with a consistent caseload in the Eustis area with flexible scheduling and autonomy over your day. Compensation is based on a per-visit rate of $70–$80.
Required Qualifications
- Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
