Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients by evaluating mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals. Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards. Earn $75–$85 per visit with flexible scheduling and autonomy. Requires an active OT license, BLS CPR certification, and reliable transportation.
